First off what kind of window switch are you installing? It depends because some need to get the tach signal from different loactions

It is a baker electronix. This is the web site... http://mysite.verizon.net/vze7erz1/ And the wire I am in doubt about is the green one that goes to the engine speed signal. I have already heard from another member that it is the blue and white one in the harness on the firewall on the passenger side. Wish I had a photo of it. The diagram is at that web site but I am not clear as to exactly where I hook that green wire.
Thanks

Yeah I have seen these I didnt go with it because I didnt trust the accuracy of the window. But if I were you i'd get a tach adapter. I got one through pony express very simple and you only have to use wire taps. There is a green wire I remember that.
