around 15.4 ... i went about 10 times the other day and cut about .2 seconds each past so im not 100% sure if i could have done better ....i ran about 10 psi in tires and warmed them up good .... i sprayed everytime from 3000rpm to 5500 rpm ....could i go higher on the off rpm ...i was shifting at about 6400rpm....

Dude you dropped over 1 and 1/2 seconds from your time. I think your nitrous kit is working pretty good. What tires are you using at the track? unless its slicks 10psi is way to low.
So you were spraying from 3k to 5,500rpms and then staying in it till 6,400rpms? if so you need to **** alot sooner. You have have shitty heads that do not make power that high. You don't need to be shifting it past 5,700rpms max with out a PI head swap and or cams and full exhaust on your car.
Try spraying it to 5,700-5,800rpms and then shifting to the next gear. Don't wind it out past that. I would bet money that alone will drop your time down another two tenths maybe more. You are spending alot of time off the bottle revving it that high and that is costing you time.
