Nitrous and Intake
I was told that with a different intake on my car the nitrous would work better, don't know if theres any truth to it..
But would it make a difference from a little.. 70 dollar intake to a K&N

The intake you use doesn't matter so long as the nitrous gets injected in, it will make its power. I'm still amazed by the random **** people talk about nitrous makes me wonder if they have any clue about it.
So what size shot are you gonna run?

I ordered up my kit from dynotune nitrous. 75 shot to start. It won't be put on for a little while, just ordered gears, waiting to see if this guy can get me a posi..and i'll be contacting justin over at VMP for his xcal 3 deal...3 custom tunes with it..I plan on getting a tune for a 100 shot.
I just wanted to make sure I'd be good with using my stock intake for now..I'm debating though..might go with a $70 dollar one from AM..

Lol yea I got the wet kit.
The only reason as to why I'd buy an aftermarket is for smog purposes..
Visual inspection, ect.
Think I could burn a 75 shot pretty well with 315s in the back and no gears/posi?
Thats all I was worried about..

WET
And it depends on how well the car has been taken care of..
My car is..6-7 years old but I'll be using nitrous..
The gains are pretty significant..
Nitrous is the cheapest way to gain large amounts of power. I'd say expect atleast a second off your track time..
On my 02 the nitrous will put me in the same range as a stock GT as far as track times go..

LIke he said wet is the way to go and I would say you will gain around 75rwhp depending on what kit you get lol.
But really its fine to spray it as long as the motor runs well your good to go. If its knocking, ticking like its spun a bearing etc... then no dont do it. It will make it alot quicker for sure and alot more fun, plus its cheap.
