Default which is lounder

ive been looking at centrifugal superchargers (more in depth and doing my huge research before i buy) and i want to get one that people will know its there. so which is louder?

ATI Procharger (with ATI Race bypass which is pretty f'in loud: http://www.mustangboards.com/newthre...newthread&f=20)

Vortech v1 s-trim

vortech v1 t-trim

Novi 2000

these will all be intercooled with a mini race bypass

procharger FTW!

thats the way i am going...and depending on the model you buy and the springs they build it with, it could be loud or quiet.

a guy in my mustang club has the D1sc and it sounds like a damn jet engine. but i may be getting a p1sc which may be a little quieter but still nice and noticable

S trim is pretty loud. You hear the whistling and the gears going. Procharger is a little more quiet but has a loud whistling.. Novi 2000 you hear the whistling too. I havent heard the t-trim. SQ trim isnt in there, but its really quiet. you cant tell unless you know what you are listening for.

my v1 s-trim is the loudest I have heard before. I have heard that some t-trims are quiet. prochargers are quieter

I'm sorry, but don't you think it's kind of stupid to pick a supercharger based on it's loudness? That seems like something a ricer would do.

lol...I agree...you never want to base off of anything other than performance. If it's loud and sucks, or quiet and efficient which would you choose?

Vortech sq is basically silent hoever you still have the whistle.
I dont like the sound of procharger sounds like something is wrong with your car/blower.
