im thinking of getting a nitrous express kit for my car, what nitrous gauges should i get also? fuel pressure? air/fuel? any help about this would awesome!!!

You dont need any to run the kit. But if you dont get a FPSS then get a fuel pressure guage to see what its doing. IF you get a fuel pressure saftey switch then you dont need the fuel pressure guage. I would get Nitrous pressure guage aswell. You can get a a/f but you would want a wideband guage and they are exspensive, but worth it to know your actuly real time a/f.
