Nice car man! I notice you've got different color rotors on the front and rear of the car, does that thorw anything off or do you think it looks fine?

-I just noticed on your old wheels one of your rear tires was on backwards, did that f*ck anything up? being a z rated directional tire and all...

Why do you have 5.0 badges on a 4.6?

I thought alot of these questions would come up, its all good.

First, The 5.0 emplem was to go on my 88 GT, I sold it and stuck the emblem on the new one, Why?, for the hell of it.. Did the same thing to my GSXR 1000, put a 600 tail section on it. Screw with others on the track.

Second, the rotor colors is just the way that Brembe and Baer zink them I guess, those picture were taken when I just put them on and its less noticable. I do about 4 to 6 track days a year and I wanted to improve the brakes.

Third, Other mods, So far everything has been done around suspension. Global west latter rack frame connectors, MM cast/camber plates, MM shock tower brace, Cobra daytona seats, Steeda shifter. Next week it gets coil over shocks, MM torque arm, MM Panhard bar,MM adjustable sway bar, dropped 2 inches and 3.73 gears.

And yes I know in the one pic that the tires were switched, I did that before a trackday, No it didn't make any difference in handling.

I was going to answer that Q about the brakes... about it just being new, after some use they will be a more similar color... My brother put The rotors and calipers used on the bullitt (they are HUGE, not slotted, and the caliper is red and has a silver pony on it) So i will assume they are 13's... when he got them they were BRIGHT silver and looked really odd because they filled up the wheel basically... (using 17x8 OEM Bullitts) then after not to many miles they look normaly and very good... I think i lost the point i was going to make in there... oh well :icon_cycl
Edit- His rear brakes had been previousely painted red by himself so they are nice racing red and match, my calipers are also red all the way around)

Yep, Black is not my first choice but looking for a low mileage GT with a stick color is a low factor in the desicion. It says in the garage though..
