Pictures from the Dragon! 56k... Sammich time.
Went on vacation this week and the first two days were spent with my Local 'Stang club wildhorsesclub.net ! We were on our annual Cruisin' the Dragon event on the "Tail of the Dragon at Deals Gap" otherwise known as US129 in TN/NC.
For those of you who have never been, if you have a chance to go, DO IT. I can honestly say that it was one of the coolest experiences that I've ever had. The actual "Dragon" is about 11 miles and 300+ turns, the rest going into NC is about 11 miles as well, but fewer tight twisties and more sweeping, high speed stuff.
Now you photogs, don't get mad.. Some of these are watermarked, but I have paid for most of them and plan on purchasing the rest. (There are pro. photographers that set up in some turns and take photos then post them for sale online.)

Thanks Jon! There were a lot of bikes out there, mostly crusiers on the day that we were there, but typically it is a big street bike ride as you would expect. Check this out, it will give you a good idea..
I was hangin' with our club buddy Nick in his C6 with no problem. You can see in those first few pics that it was compressed pretty hard, so it worked well!
The car ran great and the Nitto's were crazy good. After that, there is no other tire for me, they only broke loose once.
Thanks everyone for your comments on the car, I'm lovin' how it is coming together!
