Arai are good...but overpriced IMO.

I use a Scorpion EXO 1000...love it.

Shoei are great helmets. Is the only helmet I wear. I had a low side about a yr back on that same model you have. Proper gear saved me from skin graphs, metal plates, and a cracked skull. Gear up and ride safe.

I love the helmet with the mirror visor. Looks bad a$$. Btw, you should try the X-11 model. That is a great helmet. I find it better than the RF-1000.

yeah the x-11 is nice..but over 600 bucks for a helmet is a little much for me.

thanks for the compliment

nice..i just bought an HJC CL-SP Osiris. put me back $200. it was best fitting helmet available at the Andretti Powersports. even more so than the $400+ helmets. gonna get a mirrored visor in a few days.

when i get my race replica next year i will invest in a nicer helmet, though this one is pretty nice.

yeah that is a nice helmet! I rocked a scorpion exo-400 for about a year, the shoei is my upgrade. that ****** mirrored visor set me back 70 bucks though!

the bike is mechanically back together, but I'm waiting on the fairings. they should be here in a week or two. needless to say my throttle hand is itching like crazy.

unfortunately when my mech. put the front wheel on and spun it, he found that the rotors were bent. so I have to order those.

After seeing the lick that the front of your bike took, that doesn't shock me one bit.
