It will fit, but I'm not sure if the cobra's hood will align up to your front bumper correctly. I know that when people stick the 03-04 cobra front bumper on their car with the standard V6/GT hood, there's a gap between the hood and bumper. I'm not sure how it works out for the cobra's hood on a V6/GT bumper.
edit: I mean 2003-2004. lol

thats when you put the 03-04 bumper, but all you have to do is drill new holes.

actually he will still have a noticable gap between the bumper and hood. the Cobra bumper's grille "pillars" (i guess) are longer than the GT/V6's...it compensates for the gap. thats why cobra have a slightly bigger grille

nah the 2000 Cobra R is 10 times better. Im really not a fan of the Cowl.
