So I wanted to see the new Camaro in person...I got to today at the Cincinnati Auo Expo. It was lookin kinda cool until I started looking at the wheels!! Im kinda picky about how a tire should look on a rim...and Chevy f'ed up this one...

Other than that, the car looked good in person.

ugh. I hate when the tire and wheel aren't even. If they wanted to do that, they should have just made the wheel design inside the rim stick out. Nice tires though. :P

But I am going to assume its because of the style tires on it... and that the normal all season/ summer performance would fit better. I hope.
Otherwise all I will be able to see is that uneven lip driving down the road...

 

that is crappy, but the rest of that car is really cool looking.

 

The way they looked in person, it looks as if the rim was designed to be like that. Those were very wide tires...the all seasons would be skinnier...I dont think that look could be avoided with a certain size tire. I hope the production car's wheels will be better thought out then those.

 

i like the new camaro i think it look good. i think they will fix the wheels and tires.

 

They did a good job re-designing the car it just flows really well. I hope Ford changes the appearance of the mustang again I've gotten to like the 05+ design a little more but overall looks wise I would still take the looks of a 99-04 any day compared to a 05+

Are them Sumitomo tires?! haha j/k My sumi's looked similar to that when I had my DD 17" wheels. I couldn't stand it.

Not really,I'm just fed up with the price of the Stangs that I want.$50,000 for any Mustang is insane IMO.Look at all the high end Stangs,Roush Stage 3,Saleen S281,and even the Shelby are all way up there.

 

yeah I hear ya. I think its crazy too. I could never afford any of those.
