Default Mustang Venom Prototype

Now that I have everyones attention. I really need everyones opinon on serveral issues. As you have noticed we have many different types of Mustangs form the GT to the Shelby Cobra. I decided a while back to make my own which I have named the Venom Cobra. What I would like is input what looks good and what looks bad. First issue is the removal of all GT,Mustang or Cobra lettering. On the rear bumper it currently has Mustang GT so for sure I need to get a body kit to fix this problem so I need suggestions which ones you have seen onlline and not that common. I have been looking at the 99 Saleen body kit made for 98 Mustangs so far. Should I paint the strips on,redo it on vinly? Should I stick with the 8" or step up to 10". I will also be removing the Ford emblem but since it has hole I will have to wait til the repaint.
"Update " project is back in the shop look here for pics http://www.mustangtuningforums.com/s...?t=2966&page=1
.

Update:

i think it will look really good! but just fill in the letters in your stock bumper dont use bumpers from a different body style it will make it look horrible !!! just my 2 cents! but it looks great the way it is!

I removed the Mustang emblem in the front should I put a Cobra or leave it Blank. By no means I want people to think I have Cobra but give hits on what lies under the hood. I am leaning to leaving it blank.

Or I could make a Black grill and mount the Cobra on the side like the Shelby has.

You may want to leave an oval on the rear, just do a custom one.

Car really looks cool.

I think if you rebadged the oval ford emblem to say DOHC with 281 in the backround or something, that would be sweet. Also with that MOST people wont know whats it REALLY mean unless you are a mustang fan or work around them.

Yes, I do remember some company was coming out with a Cobra 03-04 bumper for 96-98 but I think it was fiberglass, cant remember who though. Fiberglass bumpers are not good as one hit and its trashed.

can you get a custom emblem made for the grill? i wonder if anyone does that kind of thing.

you could get one of the cobra from the old 80's gi joe cartoon. that's a pretty sweet looking and different symbol.

You are missing what im saying

He has a GT and hes getting a cobra engine in there. And the difference between the cobra engine and the GT engine? Well GT is SOHC and cobra is DOHC, among other things...

Don't put Cobra badges on it if it's not a Cobra. I understand that you may have or will be getting a Cobra engine in there, but that doesn't make it a Cobra. The ride looks really good, but don't be a poser.
