Finally decided to ditch the V6
Literally hahaha
Okay so here's the story, It had just rained and was raining in most of the city, I was driving on a small road that rarely has traffic on it, doing about 30 (25mph speedlimit), was passing through a very soft right turn and the car shifted into 2nd gear and all the low end torque went straight to my passenger side drive wheel and just started spinning like mad, and made the car swerve hard to the right, slammed on the brake and turned left and the car hooked to the right and i was perpendicular to the edge of the road, car finally pulled 180 degrees as we went into the ditch backwards missing a telephone pole by about 4 feet. Sat there for a second like "****," dukes' of hazzarded my way out the window (couldn't open driver door), we tried rocking the car out but no posi sucks so just the right wheel spun and dug it in more, called a neighbor with a diesel Chevy pickup truck and he pulled me out with his tow rope.
No real body damage, the only thing was my farking chin spoiler has a dent in it (small, but it was a 100$ piece of plastic..lol), Nothing frame damage as far as I can tell, but all I did was drive it back home so I'm not sure, no scratches or chips in the paint, no dents, just a lot of mud. Drove the ****er home and me and a friend got it lookin good as new.
I need to replace my rear tires, and probably fronts too...they've been worn out for a while but I really wanted to wait to get new wheels so I could just get the tires for those, but it looks like that's not gonna happen now.
I'm just glad I didn't hit that pole, if I did it woulda been bye-bye mustang hello city bus.

I guess you took the mustang 4x4 thing a little too serious...lol glad you are ok and that you didn't hit the pole.
Are you sure you can't hold off till you can afford the rims and tires? because i mean it's just cash out the window if you end up having a basically new set of tires put on. eitherway stock tires are cheap compared to the aftermarket ones for our cars.

Glad you and the car are ok. Something similar happened to me about 7 yrs ago. I was driving a 91 firebird on a curvy 2 lane country highway. It was dark and cold out with snow all over the ground and my windshield washers didn't work so my windshield was covered with salt. I rounded a curve and met up with this big 4WD pickup truck pulling another car out of a ditch with a chain. They guy being pulled didn't even have his lights on. I didn't see him till the last second. Just as reflex I whipped the car over in the ditch to avoid t-boning him. The guy that was pulled out took off and the pickup truck comes back and says he'd call a tow truck for me. Well after about an hour of freezing my **** off along comes a guy in a little toyota truck. He sees he doesn't have a chance of pulling me out and leaves me there. I waited forever and finally a lady came by and let me use her cell phone. I then was able to call a real tow truck. How bout those "good ol' boys". huh...To top it all off the tow truck driver accused me of drinking and driving because it was super bowl sunday. Needless to say that didn't sit very well with me in the mood I was in. lol.. Anyways I know how it feels and like you my car was fine except I think I cracked my front ground effects or something minor. I was buried in the snow half past the door!

That sucks man, I was offered help by 2 people, lady in an F150 and guy in a jeep, but I had someone coming so I told them thanks anyway, it's nice to know that not everyone on the road is a dick down here.
