Maybe it's just me, but I think they'd look ALOT better if you decided to go with them CENTERED on the car...





J/k, think it looks pretty nice actually...can you get the stripes in that color exactly?

I think it looks good. I was thinking of doing the same but just a tad bit darker with the stripes. I love the way stripes look on a wingless car.

I dig it.

Ive been toying with the idea of getting some DSG(or similar) stripes and getting rid of the silver ones. something a bit more subtle like the combo you posted.

I'd do it, I like the way the roush bumper looks with stipes. I'd get them painted on though, because I don't know how you would do the gill like things on the hood with decals.

Mat... I can see the road you are takin with your car... and those stripes arent on that road...

definately NO... well... I betcha if they were lighter... they'd look GREAT...

they stand out too much now... yer car w/ the silver and polished rims has almost nothing dark...

IMPO, that color is wayyy too dark...

photoshop em in a couple lighter shades

I'll tell you what you have to do.. get the stripes... but cut them around the louvers on the hood... something similar to this...





That is obviously not my car... but I have been toying with the same Idea as you MahnotinkneeGT...but the BLACK on ORANGE combo is a little too Halloweenie for me... that and I'd have way toooo many people thinking I am a Cincinnati Bengals fans....ugh....

Those look killer! I'm deifnately in the market for the THICKER stripes like that with the outline on the outside. Where can you find those?! In silver?! Anyone know?! That would be great! Thanks guys! :banana:

Thats the same stripe kit i got. looks like it at least. cost like, 27 bucks at www.rallystripes.com

8inch kit with the pins. only difference is he spaced his further apart.

more colors. dunno bout the quality, im thinking of ordering some dark grey or metallic charcioal

ohyah, rallystripes. Dont click on the mustang part.

Just go to the rallystripe.com site and scroll down, the stripe kit i used was 8inches with pins.
