Default a couple things i need

i need the piece with that arrow pointing to it in the attached picture. the local dealerships arent much help with this. also, i need the piece that covers the lock on the glove box (picture attached), in black. can i replace that and still keep my lock so that my key still works in it? i need all of the plastic pieces, not the actual glove box and not the lock itself. thanks in advance

ok, $14.24 on the glove box latch(in black) does not come wth the key cyl, so you just re-use your old one and $.71 for the door bumper. neither is in stock and @1/2 days toget
