Default MustangTuning sent me the wrong item, who do I contact?

Hey guys. I ordered a set of Brake Pads for my Mach 1 last week.

My invoice says EBC Greenstuff BRake pads (94-04 Cobra, Bullitt, Mach 1)#'s 50020 & 50022 I ordered both front and rear.... but I recieved the GT pads. These will not fit my vehicle.

My order # is 29886

I checked EBC's #'s and part #'s should be
DP21131 for the fronts
DP21156/2 for the rears

What was sent to me is
DP21242 for the fronts
DP21156 for the rears


Is this a mistake in the MustangTuning order forms? It specifically said Mach 1, Bullitt and Cobra.

Whats your Yahoo order number? Someone might have pulled the wrong pads. If its the case I can get them exchanged real quick.

Yeah thats shipper error, you ordered the right parts, someone just misread the boxes. I'll get you taken care of first thing tomorrow morning.

Check your e-mail. There will be a return tag for the incorrectly sent item. Just put the brakes in the box and drop them off at any UPS pickup point. I'll get them switched around as soon as I see that they have been picked up.

Okay, just dropped them off. Our UPS guy should be around to pick them up approx. 4-5 P.M Eastern Time.

Do you need any more information from me?

I hate to be the thorn in your side, but I have one last question. (I promise)

I was sent two tracking #s. 1 was my original order tracking # (The same one given to me already, status is Delivered) And the other was the tracking number on the parts I sent back.

Is there any way I can get the tracking # on my new delivery? (You said you'd send them as soon as you saw they were picked up?

I waited a few days to see how things went and still no new Tracking #.

I should have one for you a little later on today. Your order is in shipping, but its taking a little longer than normal to get things back out the door because we got slammed w/ orders.
