Shambles - Little confused

Order number: mustangtuning-24413

Hey Chris,

I keep checking on the tracking numbers you sent me for my rims.

The 1st group has been stuck somewhere in the mid-west and hasn't moved in 4 days. Its supposed to be delivered today, but the tracking number says it's still 1K+ miles away..

You sent me the other package tracking numbers (for the 18x9s) on Monday. UPS shows no movement, no receipt of delivery, nothing for 5 days.

Little confused,

What gives?

The best thing to do is just call their number. Shambles is talkin on the phone to customers like, half the day so I'm not sure how quickly you can get an answer for this.

The first group is scheduled for delivery today. Ill have to check on the second group. Im not too sure whats going on with those. It says we printed the tags off on the 29th to ship everything out, but UPS never picked up. Not too sure whats going on there.

What going on here? I called UPS, they say all the forms were filled out, but you guys never dropped off the 18x9s..
