Need help from AMNick, order #495394 & #495599
I am at my wits end with this company concerning these orders. Please check my order numbers and have someone in a HIGH managerial position contact me at the phone number that I gave for contact.

I checked on your order numbers, and from the notes it looks like you already spoke to one of our managers earlier this morning, and he is awaiting an answer from you regarding how you wish to proceed.
I spoke to the manager and he said that if he did not hear back from you first, that he would be contacting you today.
