Disappointed AM customer-UPDATE!! ALL IS WELL!!
Ordered Xcal3 and JLT CAI kit. Got a confirmation that they have BOTH been shipped. Box arrived today MINUS the XCAL!!! Customer service tells me "Oh, that item is on backorder" What the hell?!? The web site STILL shows "we have 34 on hand!" This CAI is just a big paperweight without that tuner.
  Bill Order#496997 *********UPDATE!!!!!!!!*************************** ********************* AMNick just PM'd and all is well!! The backorder status was really just a "in line to be tuned" status. I really am nervous about shopping online and I MAY have jumped the gun abit!! Thanks for the advice, I'll do that. I'm just mad that I ordered from AM because the website said "34 IN STOCK", Now I have to wait?? I just want my Mustang running like it should have from the factory, and the stock tune and stock airbox just ain't cuttin' it!!!

Since you've already signed up you might as well go introduce yourself in the new members section. There are a lot of really smart car guys around here and as long as your skin isn't too thin there's a lot of humor too.

Sorry to hear that i have always had good experiences with AM.. well. not with one person formerly on thier staff but the rest are great.
