Default My friggin order status???

I ordered the Xcalibrator for my 2005 Mustang GT about a week+ ago, curious as to where it is? Sales told me Steeda has it and I get no more replies to my emails. If I'm being too anxious...$488 dollars aint chicken feed. Really wish someone would atleast keep me informed! Don't take this as a combative post...just askin as anyone would? :angry5:

P.S. If ya can't handle the flow, just tell me and maybe I'll try elsewhere...isn't that fair enough??

Hang in there. I have been buying from MT for two years. Sometimes things get to my house in two days, and sometimes they take a while. Items get on backorder too. I have some suspension items that I ordered in Feb (they are not listed on the web site) and they are on national backorder.

Personally, I would much rather by from here and support these young guys who are really trying to hustle and make a difference, then some large faceless company.

I do think that MT needs to do a better job indicating availability of items when placing orders and I believe they are working on a solution.

As for the solution to the problem, since we arnt running on a realtime in-stock system Bob or myself (and with the amount of work Bob has to do its probably going to be me) are just going to have to update the site more and more often. We have more people on the staff now so I will have a little more time to get things moving.

As for the XCal...

Bob sent those XCals over to Steeda sometime this week. From an educated guess point, I believe the turnaround from receiving and reshipment is somewhere in the 2-3 Day range, depending on the amount of XCal's Steeda has received at that time. Theyre pretty quick about getting that stuff back out.

If you PM me your information (your order number with us and your name) I can give our representitive at Steeda a call and get you a tracking number and a possible arrival date, providing an act of God doesnt screw everything up.

Sorry about the un-communication. Chris is pretty concerned with that and MT as a whole is working on getting a new system in place to get people informed of whats going on, so they arnt out in the dark.

If you have sent e-mails to shipping, RMA, or Support @mt.com Recently I ask that you bear with me. I've been getting huge volumes of e-mails in the past couple of days and im trying to get back to everyone as fast as I can. Bob is backed up in Sales too. If you've e-mailed us, rest assured, we will e-mail you back.

So, to recap....

Your order is with Steeda to be programmed, and it should go out VERY soon, if it already hasnt gone out. Your being taken care of, even if we havnt been too...uh...communicative.
