funny you should ask. Yeah... I have a few bits here and there. I think even have a spare front cover, chains, tensioners, oil pump, timing gears, etc, I'm not sure on what all I have but I'm pretty sure those are on the list. I'll take a look tonight and see what I've got. I'll cut you a nice deal.

ok... I've got a front cover, lower timing gears, crank trigger wheel, tensioners, chains, chain guides, and oil pump. They're all in good shape. The chain guides have gobs of life left in them. I've got most other things you could need too. Make me an entertaining offer. The parts would retail at an obscene amount so I'm pretty flexible. Make it really nice and I'll pay the shipping.

I know I have some bolt on gears somewhere. If I can find them you can have them for 20 shipped. You'll want to buy new bolts and washers though.
I'll post back up as soon as I find or don't-find them.
chip, do you want the front cover and goodies?

no bolt on gears. can't find them. They're online for 80-125 bucks. You may be able to find them on some PI cams.
chip, did you want any of my front cover parts? I also have a oil filter plate. LMK.

in theory we'll be testing both. The typhoon is first.
see my comments in that thread you just posted on for my thoughts. The test that was referenced was absurd as a basis for comparison. There was a startling lack of any consistency checking so I consider all the results skewed.

To anyone else, I have a 5.4L front cover, tensioners, chains, chain guides, lower timing sprockets, crank trigger wheel, HD oil pumps, oil filter plate, headers galore, etc... that I need to get rid of. Anyone need? (chip has dibbs if he wants them)

Headers galore? You have anything compatible with a 4V? I'm still trying to decide what exactly I want to do with the car, probably won't know till I buy another one and go crazy. I'm sure I'll eventually need 2V headers I guess.

I've got 2v stock manifolds coming out my ears. Some are 4.6 others are 5.4. I can't really see a difference but, make any offer+shipping and they're yours.
Chip, see what you can do. I'm in need of bearings and bottom end fasteners and head gaskets. If you have any extras of those we can work a swap.

hey everyone... check out my new t-shirt site. Buy em' if you like em. if you have suggestions or requests, let me know.
I'm thinking about a shirt that says something like, "5.4L of fury. Deal with it"

Not to bad, it's definitely a wise choice to also buy a tubular k member. with the stock K memeber, I bet it will be very noticable. I was already looking at a battery relocation kit online today.
