Default Do you think I'd need a Re-Tune from adding these items?

SLP Loudmouth Axle-Back Exhaust and the MAC Stainless Steel Straight Shot Air System.

If not, would adding the Mustang Tuning X-Pipe into the mix require one?

doubtfully...

tunes will help though... better MPG, throttle response and HP of coarse... not to mention it removes restrictions

Honestly, I'm pretty sure you'd need a tune with any of the scenarios you mentioned. The 3 valve engines are needing a tune just with a cold air intake....so adding exhaust along with a CAI your going to lean it out even more. I'm not sure if you've ever read any of the articles in MM&FF, but they have always said the 3 valve engine is super sensitive to mods. That's why they are selling the hand held tuner with the CAI's.
