Bottom left, as in the AC Pulley? Only way to really get those pullies tighened down is to leave the belt on and have someone put counterforce on the pulley itself, or take it to a shop and just ask them to use an impact gun and tighten it down that way. It would probably cost a little to do the last one, as they would probably want to put the car on a lift to do it.

The A/C compressor could be making the noise instead of the pulley.Use a long screwdriver or wooden dowel and put one end against the compressor and one end to your ear.Listen for the sound,if you can hear it what kind of sound is it?Does it sound like a bearing or more like a buzz?A buzz is probably the blades in the compressor in need of lube.If the pulley is actually loose it could be moved by hand as they will quickly be destroyed by moving on the shaft.BEWARE!!!Be sure to keep the end of your listening device clear of moving belts. The injuries involved could get you on"Trauma, life in the ER"
