Newby Questions

I have owned Corvetts and Camaros. I now have an 06 Mustang GT. So far I am very pleased! It is my first Ford product.

The questions are, What is a Modular motor? What does PI mean?

Thanks,
Roy

Modular "mod" motor is basically just a motor where some parts are swappable and addaptive between the different line up of engines, IE: v8 to v10, or v10 to v8.

PI is Performance Improvement. the 99+ GTs had a few different parts on them which gave better peformance. The heads, intake, and a few other things were switched from the 99+ from the previous 4.6l engines.

No she isnt. Trust me, at first they think it is cute cause yer like a little boy with a new toy and for some reason they like that stuff. Soon, she will tell you to shut up before she pinstripes the car with keys.
