loudest is any mid pipe with no cats. they arent louder than the rest. only a mid pipe with cats would be quiter than one without them. So pick one you like and there ya go.

If u want that deep throaty REAL muscle car sound...go with a H-PIPE.

I have heard people say they werent really happy with the sound of an X-Pipe cause its to raspy, almost like a foreign car sound..

But the X does deliver somewhat of a better exhauust flow resulting in a slightly performance gain over H-Pipes...

I say go with the Magnaflow Tru X.I have cats on mine and with the Magnapacks they sound awesome.Try here http://www.completeexhaust.com/index.php they have real low prices on Magnaflow if you call, alot cheaper than on the site and ask for Joe.A friend of mine helped me install mine Saturday and said it was the best fitting X pipe he's ever installed,he owns a muffler shop

The Magnaflow tru X is a little of both I'd say.Kind of a nice mix.Rumbles low at idle and just screams at WOT

I like the Magnaflow catted X's.But I'm a little biased. The sound clips you hear does not do them justice.

Is the Magnaflow Tru-X pipe the one that is 50 state legal? Did you notice any increase in hp? I actually was thinking about getting one as well since I live in California and have strict smog laws.

I'd say gears and a tuner would take care of those for sure.

Thanks for the info, I just looked on www.completeexhaust.com and the Magnaflow Tru- X seems to be only $65, but it has a different part number than the Tru-X on the Magnaflow website???

As for adjusting your shift points to a higher RPM I think you need to get a
tuner in order to do that.
