X vs. H ??
I was thinking about long tubes with an x-pipe. What is the sound difference of having the x-pipe to the h-pipe. I have always had h-pipes but the company I want to order from dont make h-pipes. I will be running the offroad version -no cats- so is the x going to louder or deeper than what I have??? Thanks!

just go with the x-pipe, I have one and have had many people follow me just to ask what kind of exhaust I have. Personally I love the sound of both, but it is two different sounds, and some people don't like the raspy x-pipe sound.

I love my hooker X.. ..they are a bit more quiet than H pipes too! Hell, my car use to be alot louder with stock manifolds and o/r H and flows! No I have hooker LT's, hooker x pipe and bullets and its kinda quite, but once you stomp on the gas! ...

i love x pipes....with a set of bbk long tubes and dr. gas x and 40 series flows it makes the most hellacious sound ever!!! it sounds nothing like an h...i have an h on my car with the same setup (bbk long tubes & 40 series flows) and the difference is night and day! I would recommend a dr. gas to anyone

Well I Am Going To Try The O/r X-pipe. Hopefully It Will Sound Good With The Lt's And Flowmaster Catback. If Not Then I'll Look Into Buying An O/r H-pipe That Will Bolt Up To The Lt's, Thanks For All The Help!
