Where to put temp sender on 99gt?

Default Where to put temp sender on 99gt?

putting a built motor in a buddies 99GT. it has an aluminum Professional products typhoon intakes. where should the temp sender for the autometer electrical gauge go?

put a tee in place. 3/8" NPT available from Lowes. Or you can use the crack-pipe cooling mod or the HPS style cooling mod and tee out of there. PM me if you want to see how I did my cooling mod. Cheap and relatively easy.

I believe (don't quote me on this) that there is a plug either on the head or block on the side of the engine that can be screwed out and it can be placed there (not the freeze plugs, but small screw in plug).
