you ain't from around here huh...

ford makes a v10 motor that bolts up and isn't absurdly hard to make work (still VERY expensive). Putting a viper motor in a mustang won't work anyway without modifying the radiator core support. The viper motor is too long with all the accessory drives to fit.

There is NO UNIVERSAL ANYTHING. It's all custom...just a matter of how custom it has to be. If you're looking to forums to give you the expertise you need then you'd do a LOT better checking into a semester college course on engine building or general auto shop.

near as I can tell we have a non-native english speaker that has a viper motor at his disposal and would like to put it in a mustang for some bizarre reason... I guess it's FoMoPar or no car for him. He seems to think that we're going to direct him in a way that will make this swap less than devastatingly difficult.

The whole concept of universal compatibility is laughable to us but he's clearly uninitiated to the realities of advanced high budget modding.

Screw my fwd TT plans, or the 440 plans, I wonder how hard it would be to put a Viper motor in a 3000GT??? haha
