Default 98 cobra rattle

I have this rattling noise most of the time while accelerating, and its driving me insane. It comes and goes and comes back. T hought it was an exhaust rattle so i did some investigating and all is well in that area. Any ideas what it could be? Maybe my throwout bearing? Any help would be appreciated as i am going nuts with this noise

Dont think TOB will rattle but squeak. When you checked exhaust did you support wheels as when you lift up the car from the frame the suspension is lower and has more clearance then when its on the ground.

Only thing that would explain that I think is that when you lifted the car then set it back down the suspension needed some driving time to get the suspension settled again. Once it settled the noise returns. I would try to look at exhaust again with a flashlight and without lifting car or get wheels on 4 ramps. You can also jack up the rear of the car set the rear on jack stands then use a jack to jack up the rear end.
