Whistling noise from front when cold

I have a 01 GT, when it is cold there is a load whistle noise coming from the front of the motor or in that area. It stops after the car is warm, then starts again if turned off and cold

My dad's truck has the same issue in that when it's cold outside and at a certain rpm, it whistles. I don't think it's anything serious though since my dad isn't worried about it.

Do you have a aftermarket throttle body on the car? my 75mm bbk does that every once in a while, also what kinda milage, condition of the car, stick or automatic?

I have the single blade Accufab for my 4v and it whistles above a certain rpm.

My bonestock 2v engine had been through 2 years of NX 100 shot, 3 years running 8-12lbs vortech s-trim, got into boost daily while racing on the weekends, had 157,000 miles on it, and was running like new
