Default Granatelli Throttle Body

Does anyone have a Granatelli throttle body for their 05+ Mustang? Granatelli is asking me to return mine for full refund due to a problem between the throttle body and the sensors. The computer is not reading the throttle body correctly and will occasionally put me in Fail Safe Mode. Also, when the car has not been started in a while the throttle body makes a clicking noise and won't let me start the car untill the noise stops. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Or know in detail what might be going on?

Thanks.

all kinds of people have had this sort of issue. welcome to crappy junk granatelli parts.

and this is why I always say... never never never never even think of buying anything with the granatelli name anywhere near it. it'll cost you twice as much to fix in the end. return the part, take the refund and leave your stocker on there. When accufab has one (if they don't already) then you can use that. At least their products work.

My buddy has been running GMS's coilovers and K member for about 2 years now on his '03 GT. I wouldn't go as far as saying everything they have is complete crap. Although their subframe connectors are garbage.

I know of more cases of catastrophic failure of GMS suspension parts than any other single maker or all of them combined. Just because 1 dude isn't having problems yet doesn't mean he won't. They're a BAD company, steal designs which they then don't make correctly, use inferior quality parts and there is 0 support from GMS on the subject. Hell the owner is all the time bouncing around to mustang site after mustang site trying to defend his junk and then 50 guys that have been burned by his crap come on and gripe and he disappears.

Your buddy is on borrowed time. And yes... everything they make is complete crap. Do a search on the Corral... I betcha come to a different conclusion.

Yah, been there a couple times when they have car shows. Very clean shop. I wonder why? Maybe no customers?
