Default Is the bullit intake a bolt-on

I have an opportunity to get a bullit intake cheap. The deal includes the intake, plenum, throttle body, fuel rails, coolant neck, and the wirinng harness.
Will this bolt right onto my 2003 GT? Or what kind of modifications will I need to do besides my intake piping. I will be putting a Procharger on this summer and figured if I can get this cheap it'll be a great power increase in conjunction with the blower. Also will I need to re-tune if I run this before I install the charger? Thanks.

alternator bracket is different... don't forget that part. You should not "need" a tune with the bullit intake but it wouldn't hurt. It's not going to change much till you slap the huffer on. With the blower you should see 10-25hp gain over the stock plastic junk.

I would personally take the HPS over the bullit. Bigger plenum and it's a straight bolt on with zero modification needed.

Throttle Cable 1R3Z-9A758-BA
Throttle Control Bracket 1R3Z-9728-BA
Alternator Bracket 2R3Z-10153-AA
Intake Gaskets (2) YL3Z-9439-BA
t/b- 98 Cobra or Bullitt 2R3Z-9E926-AB
T/B Gasket F7LZ-9E936-AA
EGR Delete $18.95 (Randy) or 1R3Z-9D477-CA for the EGR tube
Bullitt alternator YR3Z-10346-AARM
Bullitt fuel rails 2R3Z-9F792-BA
"L" Bracket 2R3Z-9J444-AA
Control Cable 1R3Z-9A825-DA (optional)
4g to 6g plug from paperformance PA5013239256

use stock t stat housing and hose
Under intake hose- HEATER HOSE or 2R3Z-18663-CA
IAC valve inlet tube- use stock
use HEATER HOSE for the PVC system

Youll also need a new inlet tube, you can either make your own, or buy a new aftermarket, or stock one for the Bullitt (1R3Z-9B659-CA). You wont be able to use the stock valve covers, youll have to get some 98 GT ones with the oil fill on the drivers side. Or you can get some aftermarket ones. Just make sure they are Romeo with drivers side oil fill.

If you get the intake then Id get it ported. The Bullitt intakes are proven. Another good intake would be the RR.

Gees thats too much work for using the bullit intake. Ill just stick to my stock one for now. Unless I get the intake for $100.00 ill just look at HPS for the future upgrade. I thought it would be just a few things. Thanks guys.
