question
Stock PI Heads w/ Stock PI cams
Cam Covers
Timing Chains, Timing Guides and Crank Sprocket
Front timing Cover
PI intake
in my eyes so far that looks to be all that i would need to do a PI swap under the hood...as far as a tune goes or w/e i imagine the tune that is in my car now (stock tune) will not work with those heads and cams..are their mail order tunes made just for this swap or would i be bettter off gettin the car on a dyno after it all gets installed...also if i were to do that i imagine i would have to buy a handheld tuner and take that to the dyno and they program it for me?

All you need is the heads, the intake, and alt bracket. Unless you have lots of miles or your chain/tensinor/tensioning arms are worn, those also can transfer over. As for and timing cover, if you use Romeo PI heads, then you can use the ones from your current set-up. However, Windsor heads require those two parts specific for it. Also, you need new head gaskets, bolts (get the ARP studs), balancer bolt (only if you remove it), timing/cam cover/intake gaskets (if they are damaged), and that should cover it.
