Default ANY IDeas?

Ok so pretty much last week my brother totaled my 1987 mustang gt. so the next day i went out and bought myself a tropic green 2000 mustang gt. but my dilemma is ive never worked on an engine or new model mustang like this before. does anyone have any ideas on what i can do to it first. like inexpensive things..also i have a 302 with less than 30k and a brand new AOD for sale..

get some sub-frame connectors welded on, get some 4.10s, new Upper and Lower control arms, new exhaust items, underdrive pullies, short shifter if you have a manual trans. All depends on how inexpensive is inexpensive to you.

well i got 1 chamber flows put on already. i wait tables and i have a $500 a month car payment. i would like to keep each mod under $400 and it will take some time. i can do most of the work myself except for trans work. i know im gonna do pulleys, Cold air, rear end, and a programmer. any permanent work (non bolt ons) will void the warranty on it.

Take the silencer out, free power right there. Also, when you change your fluids, swap to synthetics. Also, get some Cobra/Mach1/Bullitt front brakes on it. $400 w/ shipping and stainless lines included.
