SLP Exhaust Gains?

I just installed an SLP Cat back exhaust and was trying to look up gains on the exhaust but i couldn't seem to find any. Does anyone seem to know what the gains are or where to find them? I went to the SLP web site and it had gains for the rest of the cars but not for mustangs. Also if possible the gains with the SLP catted x-pipe ans the cat back exhaust?
But the car sound incredible, best decision i made yet!!

do you have the stock h-pipe?

According to SLP (I have spoken to their engineers) and independant dyno results, you should expect to see 10 - 11 rwhp. That is a lot for a catback. If you add the X pipe, expect about a total of 22 - 25 rwhp. The o/r x pipe is actually less as there is not enough back pressure unless you get into a more high powered application.

Yes, i currently have a stock H-pipe but plan on changing it soon. Any one have any audio clips of the SLP exhaust and an SLP X-pipe catted or o/r?

With the catback, I think you GAIN a loud exhaust! :D 10-11 rwhp seems high to me for just a catback.

that 22-25 you speak of with the x pipe. is that 22-25 for JUST the catback, or is that the combined total of the X + the catback? i got my loudmouths on a couple weeks ago. loving them. they seem to be getting better sounding as time goes by, which puts an even bigger smile on my face! just gotta get that SLP catted X and the O2 harness.

If they do give you hp gains then why dont they say how many horses you gain like the rest of the companies? and do one of your exhaust tips stick out farther then the other? Thanks for the help.

I thought the tips were adjustable? Correct me if I'm wrong, but can't you slide it further on/off the pipe to get them to line up?

I think I remember seeing that 10 rwhp increase for a Mustang, with just the catback, and it had a blower installed.

Combined for both!

Check out www.mach1registry.com as they did some dyno's on three different catbacks including the SLP. They were 4 valve motors however. If I recall, they got 10 or 12 rwhp for the SLP. MM&FF dynoed a '98 a while back with the catted X and got 22 rwhp or something close to that. Car had stock heads too.

They are very easy to adjust!

The tips should be adjustable. At least enough to make them stick out the same. I have the Steeda catback and I made sure my tips stuck out as much as they could!

i just purchased the slp loudmouth off road h pipe and long tube headers i am curious to know how it would sound but if i can i will try to post sound clips so everyone can hear after i am done installing only reason i have chosen the h pipe because in every test that i have seen the h pipe has given more power than the x but am curious to see if it is true
