Prothane Polyurethane.

Energy Suspension or Prothane are good. MM is always good. Here's the MM part number and price. 6-504-BL $139.95

I like energy suspension. When i got my 5.4, i found a sweet deal on new OEM ford mounts, so i couldn't pass them up. but my tranny mount is Energy Sus.
