Default headers and off road this week!!! Spark plug help too

This week I am putting on long tubes and off road x from bbk..I have a flowmatser cat back and I was wondering how much hp will I gain from the long tubes and the o/r x and how will it sound? I also have a k/n cold air..Does the 2002gt come with stock yellow spark plugs. the reason why I am asking is cuz when i bought the car it already had cat back and intake so I was just wondering..thanks you any help..the long tubes are ceramic too:clap:

All I can say is that I have a full exhaust setup too, and you are going to have a HUGE **** eating grin on your face when you first hear your car, I know I did big time.

Its going to be VERY loud, but you will love it. From a full exhaust setup you will see 18-20 RWHP and with a CAI probably around 24 to the wheels all together.

Congrats man.

There is no such thing as a yello plug. Are you talking about the fuel injectors?

Actually, the yellow plugs he is probably refering to are Accel Spark plugs. No, they did NOT come stock.

Your original plugs would of been "WHITE" in color and MOTORCRAFT of course. Hey,good luck with the headers they are a @#$*&%! to get on. Set aside alot of time and if you get frustrated take a break. I suggest you get a 10mm Ratchet wrench for the nuts & new bolts.Oh ya and a set of VISEGRIPS for the studs that may be stubborn. I just put my SLP LONGTUBES on last week. Don't know anything about those plugs but I just put in NGK TR6's. They are one step colder than stock. If you need any tips let me know cuz like I said I just did mine and it's still plenty fresh in my mind and my knuckles are still heeling. LOL
