Default BBK or JLT?

I have a 96 Cobra and am thinking of putting on a cold air intake. I have narrowed it down to the bbk and the jlt. I think bbk looks better, but from what i have read it looks like jlt will make more hp. Thanks for your help!

def JLT, the BBK has a bend before the MAF, which can really mess up the A/F ratio. Quote from my dyno tuner. In fact, I'm switching my BBK to a JLT RAI this summer

your going to put a ram air intake, Not a Cold air intake right?
What is the difference?
What is the difference between the cai base and complete and is the complete worth it?
Which makes more power rai or cai?

CAI is filter in fender wall, RAI is straight.
Complete kit comes with MAF adapter and filter.
wont notice a difference in power, RAI less troubles, even thought JLT's CAI shouldnt give troubles

Could you feel the difference when you put your jlt on?
Should i get a complete kit or a base?
Does it effect your 1/4 ET?
Thanks again!

I definitely saw gains. Mostly in the bottom end of the power band.

Definitely JLT, plus you can have it painted to match the color of your car.

If you get it, dont expect too much of a gain. Thats just life for CAI's on our cars. You will notice a much better gain from other mods, so if it were me, Id save the 150 bucks and buy a gearset instead.

+1 for jlt but don't expect much difference in performance.
