Default On my way home...

After work i went tonight on my way home i'm cruisin and this young kid in a new 05-06 S2000 comes by me and pegs his rev limiter at..so I laughed at him knowing all he had was intake and catback exhaust...so I pursue behind him untill we get clear of traffid and he lays into it so i follow and stay right on his @**, then i backed off and he slowed down. Well lucky me he turns down my road...takes it real slow in 1st gear around the 1st corner...then it's a 3/4mile stretch...he stomps it in 1st i had already gone into 2nd (too high of RPM's for me) since he can go to 9k, i persue again and stay even closer to him to show he's not as fast as he thinks...since i'm all stock...or he thaught. So a few miles later we get another good stretch...he slows to a high 1st gear roll again....thats when I got brave and jumped suicide lane and he cracked vtec and took off so i pursued from 2nd...untill 3k rpms when I found a stretch cord with a button and walked 4 cars or more on him.....

The S2k might of had more bolts-ons, I can't say for sure I know he had intake/catback...but the car is less weight than my stock mustang.

1st 2 times he had the kick and i stayed on his @** i didnt try and pass him, i'm sure if i wanted i probably could have, but I sprayed a lil 80 shot...Nitrous in a bag kit...it's awsome...But do remember he took off in 1st i was already in 2nd at a low RPM...and still came by him in 2nd. My bottle pressure when i got home a few min later was only 500psi....soo not hard hit.

I agree, but they make up for that lack of torque in HP like my buddies 560hp hatch...only 360's torque.

i ran my buddies 01 camaro ss in my 01 s2000 and hung with them. dont let the 4 banger throw you off. and he said it was a new s2000. they have a little more torque now. they changed the red line from 9 to like 8200. the kid was prolly not a good driver also. the s2000 is prolly the hardest car that i have ever drove to run someone in. but no doubt about blk02stang beatin him with spray. props to him hangin with the S the first two times without it

I know it was for sure it was the newer one due to the Factory LED tails in it, and it wasnt a bone stock one.

BTW; Thanx 1 bad S

My bad, forgot they made like 247 hp. Thats pretty close to us, without the weight. Nice runs. Id love to have one to cruise in for sure though.
