Try before you buy?

Anyone know of a website where you can see what your car would look like if you added certain parts?
I think so far the best I have found is doing it myself with Paint(the computer program). For example, when shopping for wheels you just place a pic of the wheel you're looking at over your current one, on a side view of your car. But as angles and interior or engine parts go, this could get tricky, and you would have to take a lot of pictures.
Anybody know of something like this or someone who could make it? Cuz that would be cool.
