IMO straight pipes sound like ass. They are loud and raspy. Just order some used flowmasters that have been nice and worn in, and youll be set.

Good point, you want loud, 1 chambers will give you loud. Or SLP mufflers would wake it up id say.

Or you could do like me, and after I get my car inspected I take the cats off and run straight "X" to my mufflers...Then when its time to inspect it I put them back on...hehe Alittle work but worth it..IMO

I run a straight x to my mufflers, I like how it sounds. I highly recommend SLP O/R X-pipe.. it has "race pipes" which would allow you to slide in cats for inspections

I dont have to switch mine out in FL but i'd say that after a while it would be a pain in the ass. You will definitely want the eliminators. Those can be a pain in the ass too.
