I am curious to know what some of you guys and gals are doing to your cars over the winter(for some of us). I am trying to put the finishing touches on my engine(headers,p-pipe,re-tune)before i finish the exterior.

 

I want to finish it up looks wise, since I have a pretty good amount of bolt-ons

-a VIS carbon fiber cowl hood w/ hood pins
- getmy godamn bumper valance painted (hopefully very soon)
-get my wing holes filled, and my trunk emblems shaved
-Recaro black and yellow seats (and mabey a couple harnesses to go with em)

after that...im going to spend almost no money on my stang, and start saving, for what? who knows, but im sure ill need the money

 

My exterior is pretty much done. As for this winter, nothing really but come June a 11psi procharger kit will find a new home

 

I'd like to start some interior dress up stuff. But I still have some exterior stuff I want to do. My grille has got to go for 1 thing. I kinda like the billett grille, But will probably go with grille delete kit. I like the honey comb rear insert, and, well, etc., My list is unrealistic to tell ya the truth. For my budget anyway. I wish I was a rich little poor boy.

Hope to have a tuner by the end of this month and get the 4.10's in to finish out this year. Next year will be new rims and tires, some paint work and a different exhaust setup...

 

Id like to get my car computer set up this winter, and probably a short throw over the winter as well. Things usually go unplanned for me. I had no intention of doing headers and a mid pipe anytime soon, and now ive got headers here in the kitchen, and an slp xpipe being delivered on monday and they are going in the 19th.

 

Still have'nt decided.Everyday I think of something else.Thinking of maybe selling it and getting an 03 Cobra.

 

right now saving money for a kb blower. $1500 saved aleady. planning installment by next March or April...for winter maybe some shocks and struts.

 

I'm getting a stage 2 head port/stage 2 cams from Steen, along with some forged internals(pretty much a new block and heads). Just doing all this so later on in the year when I slap on a Novi 2000 I'll be putting down some crazy #'s. It's a slow process, it will probably take me another year or so to finish, but when I'm done I'll be eating some cobra's for lunch!

 

Gonna try to get gears and a tuner by next summer, just gotta wait and see how the money situation goes.

 

Pay the car off? Does that count? LOL then maybe a Mongoose, but who the hell knows, by then, there is no telling. I just dont want another car payment for a while after this one is gone.

 

well the pony is away till april and last night i ordered the white rally stripes with black pin striping.As for the rest of winter i am going to be ordering some white saleens all 17 by 9, chin spoiler, grille delete, (chin spoiiler and grille delete painted my cars color atlantic blue) and the steeda cold air intake for v6's

2. Gears (prolly 3:73's)

3. Built Rear with 31 spline and an eaton posi

4. Slicks!

5. Run the 200 shot.

6. Dyno Tune ..... Finally

ive already started for the winter.....i got rid of my ugly altezza taillights and put on stockers, just ordered new rims and drag radials, also am goin to get h&r springs, the 4.10's package and i am gettin some touch ups on the paint...........i dunno if anything else will come over winter we will have to see what my budget permits but im happy with what i will have coming this winter already

That would probably be about as much as I can do but I'd also like to install a panhard bar and torque arm.

 

Since I just got my 94 and it was kinda neglected, I plan on getting it looking pretty again. Need a new convertible top mainly. Also both rear calipers, rear rotors, rear pads.

Just bought shocks for the rear and pads for the front. I will be putting them on within the next day or two.

Might get me some bbk underdrives over the winter if my money situation straightens out. If I can sell my wheels Im looking for some chrome bullitts.

Other then that...I have lots of plans, I can't wait to start modding the motor it's just not gonna happen anytime soon. It sucks being a college student looking for a job (I Just got laid off).

im going to be in korea for a year so all i can do is save my money. i should be back to the states in 2 years with about 60 grand saved up. gotta love dependant pay when your forced to live away from them. most of the money is going towards a house and maybe 10k towards the stang for a mph long block with a 2.2 on top. those are my future plans.
