I would rely on "Joe" and "Moe" and walk everywhere. Every car I have owned has been a stang and it stays that way. Plus I would have to cover up my stang tattoo and that isn't gonna happen, haha.

I'd be driving a Lincoln LS with a V8. At my age they looked pretty nice! But let's be serious, I ask you, why are we even toying with the idea of not having a Mustang to drive? What is this world coming to? I've owned several and I don't regret it! Ray

A different car, i would be in a 02-03 WRX right about now... and would still be paying it off 0_0'
Given it would be ~5 times what my car cost to begin with, and ~3 times how much total i have spent... just for a used one!

Lightning or a used CTS-V (if the price was very good).

I think I'd have to go with a Camaro. They are sick fast.

CTS-V listed above - . I just got to beat on one today because of a fuel injector problem. Man, that was fun.

I was going to buy a Subaru STI but the guys at the dealership woould budge $1000 to make the deal so I went to the Ford dealership and they were willing to go the extra mile to make the deal. So if mustangs didn't exist I would but a STI because it is the best bang for the buck out there and is all wheel drive. A $33,000 car that beats most stock production cars. But there is nothing like the sound of a mustang when it gets on it.

Camaro, or a Mazda 3

Those were the 2 other cars I looked at when I was buying the Stang.

Yup, I'm on my fourth Mustang, too. Great fun, great looking, affordable. Who could ask for more? But, if I COULDN'T own a Mustang, it would probably be a Camaro, Firebird, or used Corvette. I have owned all three in the past.

I would drive a WS6 trans-am or a wrx-sti. but the possibility of drivng an old hot rod would be open considering i almost got a 69' Camaro instead of the Stang. ( I like my choice )

I'm on my second stang. First was a 69 sport roof w/302 and 3 on floor. Now I have a 99 GT 5spd. A world without mustangs just wouldn't be a world would it. Right now in addition to the stang I have a 72 Monte Carlo and a 04 Mazda 3, 5 door so if I didn't have the Mustang I reckon I'd be driving one of the others.

The STI is an awesome car but out of my price range. I swear I'm gonna beat him one day too. Been a tenth of a second behind one at the last two auto-x's.
