Yeah, keep the evo. I have an 04 mustang and my gf has a 99 eclipse gsx with mods and around 250awhp. Her car is TONS more fun to drive than the mustang, although I do love driving the mustang. Next we are swapping out the turbo for a 16g with bigger injectors, safc, and a front mount intercooler. Should be around 300awhp at that point.

Evo will handle better than both, will look better than both (imo), will be MUCH less frequent on the road. It weighs less and has AWD, both of which make a big difference in performance.

I vote keep the EVO hands down!

Keep the evo 4g63 is a monster if you build it right and awd is unbeatable.

Is it the looks, they make thousands of these cars a years. I have an 02 Dark Mineral Gray, Ford made 29,000 of this car in 02 so its not a rare car,or worth big money. I believe you make your car "rare" in what you do to it how it makes you feels when you drive it. If you you don't have this feeling then its just another "cookie-cutter."

Have you ever thought about doing a 180 and look into buying an older version of a Camaro or Mustang. If you pay 40k for a new car you maybe able to buy a restored car for about the same price.

All I'm trying to say is shop smart and make 3.8 for the win happy not the Mustangboards. Good Luck

the evo X is awesome they are a little heavier but they ride very night and you dont feel every crack in the road, the 4b11 is a very good engine and responds very well to mods, are you looking for an MR or GSR?

at the end of the day i think im going to end up keeping the evo since its all most paid for.

i still want to try the new mustang and camaro thought.lol

The new Mustang looks awesome but of your choices I would keep the Evo. I like the styling of the new Camaro but I wouldn't consider it since the new Mustang beats it in every performance aspect and it is still more expensive. In the end just get what will make you happy.

Yeah I was looking at AMS for their perfomance packages and Vishnu which is like 15 minutes away. I checked out that forum and it's not too bad. Definitely not much on the Evo X right now, but some good stuff. I love having a stick, but at the same time, the MR would be kinda nice having the 6-speed paddle shifters. I think it will come down to finding the color I want with all the options, whether it's a MR or GSR. I think I'm pretty sold on it though. I like Audis, but I don't want to deal with the maintenance.
