Need Ideas for Garage
Heres a picture.
Moving in a month, it definitely will need work.
I'm thinking about checkered flag floor tiles, and white/red walls. Red from the floor to about waist high, then white up top. Any ideas?
Also, anyone know any good deals on the tiles? Or garage stuff in general?

If you are still planning on a 135I I would consider tossing in a BMW logo somewhere
or if you are sticking with the stang find some way to incorporate that.
Some people might find it tacky but I think stuff like that can be cool if you do it tastefully
Edit: just make sure it can change if your taste does

Eh. I test drove a 135i and I didnt like it. I'm on to the Audi's now.
I'll probably be keeping the car for a little. No sense in adding more bills at the moment. I'll be in an Audi A5 or something of that nature this time next year.

I wouldn't do any dark colors.. It's already a small 1-car garage, if you paint it dark it will feel even smaller.
I would just do something light, you can get nice floor paint + clear and the non-slip grit pretty cheap @ Auto Zone or some place like that, we did my brothers garage floor and it looks really nice.

If your garage is anything like mine is, then it aint meant for a car. LOL, it serves as the laundry room/ tool box and small workbench/ man fridge / shelf for car care stuff/ access stairs to the attic/ and the rest is just junk storage. ( lot's of that). even emptied out it wouldn't fit a Yugo without squeezing your self around it.. I'd take a pic of it but, daaam, I would be embarassed. Not even worthy of a room conversion. Plus it's not even drywalled or insulated. Cold concrete and some old carpet we had.. LOL. But I do spend alot of time in there...

I would u-coat-it the floor. The floor lego tile things suck because they dont seal when they clip together. My work spent 15k on the industrial floor tiles and we through that **** away after a year.
