I dont think so, its a Toyota.

The clutch doesnt slip at all. I can make the TOB squeek if I let the clutch out at 4000rpm or more.

but it could need one soon. I read about a few guys getting 250k out of the original clutch. another dude got over 300k. driven correctly from day one, a clutch will last longer than normally thought.

Bilsteins are here, need to install them and get a front end alignment again. I think I'm going to swap these UPR caster camber plates out with the MM or J&M ones at the same time. I got new Billet bumper lettering for xmas, and I've got a hub to replace that just came in.

Other projects are: Catalytic Converters going back on next week, #1 for inspection, #2 the Flowmaster 10 series are just too loud and annoying driving 45 minutes each way to work. I also have to put an FRPP driveshaft on the car to eliminate some vibration at high speed after the 4.10's. Then I'm going to redo the brakes. Drilled and Slotted rotors, new Bullitt calipers on the front, rebuild for the rears.

After reading all these that reminds me that I didn't put a new shifter on my list. I've noticed all lately how shitty the stocker is, so now a MGW shifter will be added 2 my list

Only thing I can afford to do for the winter is purely cosmetic stuff. I really want to get a rear black panel from AM, My biggest wish for 2010 is to get the lowering springs I've wanted for 3 years and counting. . No performance mods in the near future for me. I'm just gonna drive her regular like. DD here, and decent get up and go.

My modding is year round....but I think I am going to lay low for a while and just drive the damn thing for a year before I start modding the suspension...Going to do some little subtle mods. I have a saleen 1 piece spoiler I need to have painted and installed, and I am looking at getting the 03-04 cobra side skirts and mirrors for the car maybe some gauges and a new gauge cluster.

Yeah that's what I had in mind. Im running same size rims all around and yours looks nicely low. Any issues with it being that low? The guy that did my exhaust quoted me about $400 total to do it w/eibach springs. same day work done if I get it there early enough, He did an excellent job with my exhaust. Still tight and tucked away. Good welding and everything is tight..

at first when i took my car in for emissions testing with the cats on the guys @ the exhaust shop didnt tuck it up high enough so it scraped everywhere. then when i put my o/r h pipe back on i got another shop to tuck it up higher by loosening the bolts off and jacking it up. now i have no clearence issues... except when i leave my driveway... and you may be able to figure this one out on your own...

its pretty much a 60 degree angle lol.

hahahahahah lolololol nice. Sorry not laughing at you, just the fact that someone thought my stang was nice enough to be on A.M. What made you think it was anyway?

In other news sent the eaton in today to get the lip shaved off. Ive been lazy and should have done it some time ago ...... but didnt. So anywho, install WILL BE the 22nd. The bad news is will not have a tune for it for another two weeks after that. Well the shop owner is going to put in a rough tune to get me to work and whatever, but wont be able to get on it. God its going to be tempting not to get on it, but I will just think and picture bent piston rods and holes. That will kill any temptation right quick.

Sitting on last years winter parts that didn't get installed, and gathering odds and ends for 5.4 engine build.
Can't wait for a good warm spring day to buff the car up

Purely asthetic, picked these up a couple of months ago wanting to try something a little different... I worked on these tonight just messing around trying to figure out the best way to do this, I may end up re-doing them because I'm too picky and want them to be perfect, but it's a start anyway. Val and Dustin may remember the thread, I think Dustin was talking about painting some totally black and we though of color matching the emblem to the paint. I must admit that the process is a pain in the ***, but I think it will be pretty cool and different in the end. We'll see, if not, it kept me occupied for a few hours. lmao
