Titans are sick. I dig 'em. Good luck on the sale, bro. But you know you're gonna get a bunch of random creeper-like phone calls from mb stalkers, right? lol.

Funny you mention that, because that's what I originally wanted. I did some looking on some forums and apparently those engines SUCK. every other topic was about engine repairs, engine failure, or about engine warranty.

why do you guys not like titans? I think they're effing sweet.

Haha, I've heard plenty of stories about Greg.

As for the Titans, they're f-ing sick. Anytime one comes through the emissions station, I ask to drive it because they're amazing. They drive so smooth, and feel like they have loads of power, comfortable seats...I really have nothing bad to say about any Nissans.

Get a 7.3L Powerstroke F250 or F350. The 7.3's are damn near indestructible. I gotta buddy who bought an F350 brand new in 96, he's STILL driving it and hasn't had a single lick of trouble out of it.

Id think you could do that on your Taco for less $$ and have a VERY capable rig. possibly more-so than the Titan.

I have a 1989 nissan duraliner that is indestructable. It has 400k+ miles on it, been hit directly by lightning, 2 deer, and only has a 4 cyl engine. And has never had any serious problems.

But where you live, it makes sense that you would want a truck. If you lived in Kansas or somewhere flat and boring I would question you. Or maybe a city. But trucks are a good idea in 'rado

True, it's about 8k for a full long travel setup (4 front 4 rear). But to be honest, I'm sick of the weak *** v6 and the tiny truck. and the whiny sound it makes.

I looked deeper into this and

You are right. I'm heavily reconsidering the Titan now. this is a HUGE issue with these trucks and if you're not under warranty you're looking at 3+ grand out of pocket and lots of shop time.

maybe i'll get one of these instead?
