Thanks a lot man. I do think the engine detailing could take off but I need one or two more guinea pig jobs to show how much of a difference it makes, I was planning on offering a half-off engine detail for people who get both of the mid-level ext/interior jobs or something.

Haha, yeah..I have a brother whose a manager there and I have a tax-exempt account so I can get a lot of stuff from them cheaply/easily. Most of the gray shirts know me by name/I know them and I know the one or two red shirt guys who aren't worthless. The AZ near me actually has smart people who know what the hell they're doing so I always chat it up with them when I go over there. Plus they advertise for me I'm transitioning away from OTC products though for the more expensive jobs, and I give most of that stuff away to friends (the turtle wax/armorall stuff)

Thanks black sunshine, I have some issues with pictures having similar file names so I'm going to wipe out the photo page content and re-structure the FTP so I have a folder for each vehicle so it doesn't get so cluttered in my ftp server. Gonna do that today.

....hey, I wouldn't mind some turtle wax personally I'm not a fan of that armorall stuff. It's not my cup-o-tea.

Haha, yeah man..gonna clean it after it rains tomorrow.

I'm changing the way the detail photos are displayed, making it so that on the photos page there's just 1 photo of each car that links to a subset of thumbnails from the job, clicking on the thumbnails brings up full size.
http://gcautodetail.com/

Only have 1 done so far..takes a long time to size all of these damn pics. But I think it makes it look much cleaner

Yep! I just have to learn what the hell everything on a motorcycle is and the proper way to clean it. I bought some flexible 8" fancy q-tip type doohickies that are good for cleaning the tight spaces on bikes. Going to use a friend's bike as a guinea pig to figure out how to price them.

Haha, I'd definitely give discounts to any forum people that find me. Sadly I haven't detailed 1 mustang yet.

I'd bet you'd give extra attention to the Mustang, too.
