what are some ways i can pospone my court date so that i increase the chances of the cop not showing up? need help soon so i can get it out of the way.

 

usually the only reason they wil postpone your court date is if you are in medical need.

what did you get pulled over for and how much. usually, its just better off paying for it unless you absolutely know you werent doing anything wrong.

if you know that you were in the right, then the cop willl not show anyways.

p.s. good luck, pa courts suck for getting out of tickets.

 

I think thats a myth. Maybe its just NJ but the cop doesn't have to show at all. I got 2 tickets from the same cop and he didn't show up. Best thing to do is plead guilty to a lesser charge, and then pay a larger fine but you won't get any points on your license. Talk to the prosecutor and try to work something out.
