look at the suspension...wow...look at the tires...wow...if you look closely you see a damn clean rear end housing so the gears are probably new and wicked..and judging from the way his car shot off from the light i'm gonna bet this road warrior would probably even have smoked my beloved strtracr...we're gonna hunt this guy down on the weekend if we have to stay out from 12am friday night to 3am monday morning

 

and look at those steel braided lines coming from the gas tank. theyre mighty big for a slow car huh? lol

 

whoever thinks that car is slow is blind. That car OBVIOUSLY has fuel upgrades, you dont need those until you are pushing some serious power.

oh man, I always hated that.....whenever I wasn't in my mustang I'd run into some car that I wanted a piece of. I remember one time my wife and I were in her jeep cherokee crusing to SF on a sat morning and there was a group of about 50 ricers on one of there car club drives....I was sooooo pissed we weren't in my mach. I wanted to race every one of them.

 

i can never find anything on the street. i usually get the ricer fly-by's from other mustangs. they stay back and wait til i turn to pass me up and rev or sum gay crap like that. i usually wont run on the street, but i'll get on it for a little bit if its an empty street or sumthin.

 

tomorrow i'm takin the mustang to work...3rd time ever in 2 years...i'm gettin to work 4 hours early at 4am just to get the good parkin spot...i've been challenged by this guy who heard about my car and drives an 04gt...he tried to run me down walkin to my corolla yesterday...good times..good times

 

I drive my car to work every day and every day I hear "Nice car" and "That color is awesome, where did you get it painted." and all that jazz. I love it...But I drive a v-6 and it is not THAt fast, but I like to drive it like it is. Even when I pull up next to a v8 I take them off the line... I just don't let them know we are racing.

The tires don't mean anything... They're not slicks and skinnies. Even if they were, it doesn't mean much. The suspension doesn't say anything. The only thing that does mean something is the fuel lines but it doesn't take much to max out the fuel system on those cars. It could just mean that his old lines went bad and he had to replace them... It takes a lot of work to make those cars fast. Not that he doesn't have a lot of work, I haven't seen the engine... But chances are, it's not much to worry about.

 

actually all those things say quite a bit...it says he took a decades old car and put in quite a bit of work...its says it aint a bit stock...and the most important clue that some guys are missing:
i said it took off like a bullet out of a gun when the light turned green

the reason i ask is with 4:10's, intake, xpipe, and a chip i have beaten 05+ stock GT's in my 04 Auto

once of the reasons i hardly ever street race is cause most ricers find thier ***** hiding in thier body when they hear my mustang rumbling. Too afraid to lose.

One of these days im gonna get you to say weather or not you have done any work on yer stang other than tinted windows. lol.

Nice car, no doubt. But it's old technology. I doubt it's as fast as you think it is.

well 4hours early at work...only guy in the office...watchin infomercials on the big screen....if i go out later and bring a guy in i'll be stuck till 1am...its gonna be a looong day but its worth it cause i got the only spot i'll ever park my car in in the city...a pole on each side so noone can park close...all this to run that big mouths gt

 

I get to class an hour early just so I can park in the big spot in the corner.

well the guy didnt show...called and said it was supposed to rain and he took the day off, i did go out and get a guy so now i'm on o.t...i am on my second wind now so by the time i go home its gonna be loads of fun...i hate when i get this tired...trees start dancin...shadows start movin...maybe i'll sleep over in the office tonight
