bak of muh nek hurts

Has anyone ever woke up and the back of there neck hurts going down to there shoulder blade and you cant turn ya head all the way to the left or right without killah pain? Im experiencing that today....

And is it true that if u had a Fan blowing on you over the night and the cold would make this happen if it was directly on the back of your neck????

YES dont you HATE it. It goes away after like 2 days or so. It's happened to me twice, I dunno about the rumor though, I sleep with a fan on me everynight, cant sleep w/o it.

My co-worker told me it was the coldness from the fan constantly hitting the back of the neck making my neck COLD that made it like this......

Ever fall asleep laying on your arm, then waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to feel it...It's scary as hell, you could sit there and smack the hell out of your arm and not feel a thing.
